st. patrick’s day nail art: leprechaun hat

1. Choose a green, black, and yellow/gold polish. I used Julep Emilie, Mattese Elite Black, and China Glaze Passion. Grab a Q-tip or small brush.

2. Paint nails with green polish and let them dry completely.

3. Paint a black horizontal stripe across your ring finger. You could use tape to get a perfect line, but I found it simple enough to freehand.

4. Create a “buckle” by painting the outline of a rectangle with gold polish. I used a pointy Q-tip to dab on the shape, but I would use a small angled brush next time for straighter lines. Once everything is dry, add a top coat to each nail. Done!
