Meet Rosanna, who is whip-smart, vivacious, and dripping with style! I noticed her fab white nails at a birthday dinner, so before the cake came out, I moved down to her end of the table to find out what she was wearing.

Where are we today? Today we’re celebrating our dear friend Elizabeth’s 30th birthday at Santa Fe on the Upper West Side, NYC!
What are you wearing? I’m wearing Essie Picket Fence.
Salon or do-it-yourself mani? Definitely salon. A manicure is a $9 therapy session for me.
How did you choose this color? I’ve always been a huge fan of Essie Marshmallow, but (and I hate to admit this) after seeing Kim Kardashian pull off a brighter white nail polish in this season’s Kourtney & Kim Take New York, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect white!
Why do you wear nail polish? Nail polish has the power to pull together and complete an outfit. I feel naked without it!
My nails are sadly bare today. If only $9 manicures would find their way to the Bay Area.
