swatched: kardashian kolors follow me on glitter

I’m not gonna lie – I was pretty thrilled when I spotted the Nicole by OPI Kardashian Kolors at CVS yesterday. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Nicole polish in NYC, and suddenly there they were, sitting oh-so-innocently above the cotton balls.

Say what you will about the Kardashians, but the girls have serious business savvy, and they don’t disappoint with this nail polish line.

I picked up Follow Me On Glitter, a charcoal grey glitter with serious sparkle and shine.

Follow Me On Glitter goes on like a dream. A lot of dense glitters are either too thick and gooey or too sheer, but this applied beautifully in two easy coats.

I’ve heard bad reviews of the Nicole by OPI brushes, but I didn’t have any trouble with this one at all. I compared this brush to a regular OPI brush, and they’re practically identical.

Look closely and you’ll see a good amount of fun, multicolored glitter…

After adding a top coat (Cult Nails Wicked Fast), the finish was quite smooth. No gritty sandpaper nails here.

If all of the Kardashian Kolors are like this one, I welcome Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe to the world of nail polish with open arms. I’m pretty sure I’ll be Keeping Up… (sorry, I couldn’t resist.)
